No dia 02 de novembro de 1973, na cidade de Cangu\u00e7u\/RS, foi realizada a Assembl\u00e9ia de Abertura do I Campeonato Estadual de Futebol de Mesa disputado na Regra Brasileira. Nesta noite memor\u00e1vel, surgiu o embri\u00e3o da FGFM. Acolhendo proposi\u00e7\u00e3o de Adauto Celso Sambaquy, a Assembl\u00e9ia decidiu por criar um \u00f3rg\u00e3o que coordenasse as diversas Ligas existentes no Estado, todas praticantes da Regra Brasileira, sob a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de Uni\u00e3o das Ligas de Futebol de Mesa do Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

No dia 24\/04\/82, na Sociedade Italiana Anita e Jos\u00e9 Garibaldi, na cidade de Santana do Livramento, foi fundada a UNI\u00c3O GA\u00daCHA DE FUTEBOL DE MESA, que sucedeu a Uni\u00e3o das Ligas e cujos estatutos foram formalizados e legalizados, contendo 23 artigos, regulando todo o funcionamento da entidade e do futebol de mesa no Rio Grande do Sul, sendo eleito como seu primeiro presidente o sr. Cl\u00e1udio Schemes, tendo como vice-presidente o sr. Dirney Bottino Cust\u00f3dio. Al\u00e9m destes, subscreveram o estatuto da UGFM os srs. Jos\u00e9 Cl\u00e1udio Rocha Perez, Amador Alves Branco Afonso, Luiz Alfredo De Boer e Jos\u00e9 Bernardo da Rocha Figueira. Em 1983 assume como presidente da UGFM o sr. Dirney Bottino Cust\u00f3dio, tendo como vice-presidente o sr. Em 11\/01\/86, em reuni\u00e3o realizada no Campestre T\u00eanis Clube, na cidade de Passo Fundo, onde foi aprovado o Estatuto de funda\u00e7\u00e3o da FEDERA\u00c7\u00c3O GA\u00daCHA DE FUTEBOL DE MESA, que foi publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado do dia 17\/02\/86 e registrado no Cart\u00f3rio de Registros Especiais da Comarca de Passo Fundo no livro A, n\u00ba 3 , folhas 80 verso e 81, sob n\u00ba 1041 em 30\/07\/86. A inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no Cadastro Geral de Contribuintes do Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda (CGC\/MF) recebeu o n\u00ba 90.618.422\/0001-18, sendo que obteve o Alvar\u00e1 do Conselho Regional de Desportos em 24\/02\/87, emitido sob n\u00ba 527\/87. A FGFM substituiu a UGFM passando a fazer parte da FGFM todas as normas e regulamentos vigentes a \u00e9poca da UGFM.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
